Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
We ship to any location within the continental United States. Shipping takes place within 14 days from the order cut off dates. Shipping within the United States is via UPS or FedEx.

DELIVERY:
Orders are delivered to the Sexton Mountain front office on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month according to the following schedule:

The first shipment will be delivered to the school on October 17, 2008.
Flat rate orders are delivered to Sexton Mountain where parent volunteers will distribute the items to the student on the 3rd Friday of the month.
All orders that select UPS for shipping, will be shipped on the 3rd Friday of the month.

RETURN POLICY:
100% Quality Guarantee: We stand behind all products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products or services you may return any current in-line blank garment (T-shirts, fleece products and custom orders excluded - see below) for a full refund. All claims must be made by requesting a return authorization within 30 days from receipt of goods. The request must reference the invoice number. A proper return authorization from Print Bright, LLC is required before any returned goods will be accepted. RA's will be cancelled if product is not received within 30 days of its issue. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are not returnable without written authorization from Print Bright, LLC. (25% re-stocking fee applies - $10 minimum re-stocking fee). Any custom ordered goods returned without prior written approval would be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

T-SHIRTS & FLEECE PRODUCTS:
T-Shirts and fleeced products that have been printed, washed, re-labeled or embroidered are non-returnable (Defects in workmanship will be corrected). Only T-shirts and fleece goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for a return. (25% re-stocking fee applies - $10 minimum re-stocking fee).
